Workshop Facilitator
Dr. Erica O'Neal, PT, DPT, Pelvic Floor Specialist
Erica is a Traverse City physical therapist, pelvic floor specialist, and a mom of two who is deeply passionate about community health. Throughout her years of clinical practice, she noticed a widespread gap in pelvic health education—leaving many to navigate these changes without the knowledge or confidence they deserve. Too many women made comments like "I wish I'd known about these things when I went through puberty!"
To bridge this gap, Erica created this workshop series. Her mission is to educate and empower young ladies early on, helping them plant positive roots and grow into confident young women.
